This is what the t- shirt will have on it on the back. There will be a small logo to be determined yet on the upper left front.

How to reserve your campsite.
The site will be Osage Cove Campgrounds @ Kaw Lake near Ponca City, Oklahoma. This campground is on a first come first serve bases in October, so to make sure that we all get sites, I am working with the local Corps Gentlemen and they have assured me that if I get a list of all that want campgrounds, that we will go and mark the sites reserved for all the Dutch Oven people and they can all be together. HAPPENINGS
Special activities during this upcoming event will include classes taught by Dawn Mills and Gaye Ann Grace on breads and pie makings. Mary Ann Potter will do a class on cooking with herbs. Vance Johnson accomplied with one of several of his chuckwagons will do a presention on the history of the chuckwagon. .

Four Dutch oven cook-off events will be held, Saturday AM- Rise and Shine Breakfast casserole. Saturday evening in keeping with the Oklahoma and Cowboy chuchwagon cooking theme, Beefm Beans and Bread. First, second and third place winners will be awarded in each cook-off. In addition, a silent auction will be held during this event, and door prizes will be given away during the weekend to those who attend.

We would like to invite everyone to come to this event. We have 7 States registered for this event so far. As you see, you will get to meet and greet folks from all over the country.

We are asking each guest to bring a Door Prize basket from your State or Country. Something a little special about your area.

We would like to invite your Chapter or Group to become a Sponsor. Sponsorships could include monetary donations, camp Dutch Ovens, other outdoor cooking equipment and accessories.

Please send in your registration for the National DOG. Rhonda is needing you to send it to her. If you have e-mailed her a camping reservation? She only needs your registration fee now. Pay for camping when you get to the DOG.

Make your reservation early and save money. Let us know that you will be attending between
Nov13- and April 30, 2009 and the cost is $15.00 per family, $10 single.
May 1- July 31 the cost is $22.50 per family, $15.00 single.
August 1- October 16 the cost is $30.00 per family, $20.00 single.
